Shipping Policy
I. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders placed on this website and covers deliveries within the United Kingdom.
At present, delivery services are not available to countries outside the United Kingdom.
II. Pricing and Shipping Fees
All displayed prices are calculated under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model and include 20% UK Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as applicable import duties.
No additional charges are required upon delivery.
Orders with a total value of £125 or more qualify for free shipping.
For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of £7.35 applies.
The amount shown on the payment page is the final payable amount, with no hidden fees.
III. Processing and Delivery Time
After payment confirmation, orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.
The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days, depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, and logistics arrangements.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent by email so that the delivery status can be monitored at any time.
IV. Shipping Carriers
All shipments are handled by international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
All carriers provide online tracking services.
V. Receipt and Issue Handling
Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the external condition of the package.
If any abnormalities are found, please note them at the time of receipt and provide relevant photos.
The same inspection procedure applies if the parcel is received by a third party.
In the event of damage, missing items, delivery delays, or incorrect delivery, please contact customer service within 48 hours for prompt assistance.
Any additional costs caused by incorrect delivery address or contact information shall be borne by the customer.
VI. Changes and Cancellations
Delivery address changes or order cancellations may be requested within 72 hours before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, but a return request may be submitted in accordance with the return and exchange policy.
VII. Returns Information
When return conditions are met, the platform will cover the return shipping costs.

VIII. Force Majeure
External events such as weather conditions, social disruptions, customs restrictions, or transportation interruptions may result in delivery delays or damage.
In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and appropriate solutions will be sought based on the circumstances.

Shipping-related information collected is limited to what is strictly necessary, such as name, address, and contact details.
All data transmissions are protected using TLS encryption and stored in secure environments with access controls.
