Duties and customs clearance fees are included under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, so no additional payment is required upon delivery.

The amount shown on the order confirmation page is the total amount, with no hidden fees.

V. Refunds

Confirmed refunds will be returned to the original payment method and cannot be redirected to another recipient.

Bank processing of refunds typically takes about 3 working days.

The time for funds to appear may vary by bank, usually within 10–15 working days.

If the refund does not arrive within the expected time, users can provide the order number and payment receipt for further verification.
