I. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing this website, registering, placing orders, or making payments indicates your agreement with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

Information provided during registration must be accurate and complete; users are responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information.

Usernames, passwords, and verification codes are personal; any issues caused by mismanagement or disclosure to third parties are the user’s responsibility.

Use of this website must comply with applicable laws, respect the rights of others, and not violate any regulations.

II. Products and Pricing

We strive for accurate product descriptions, but minor differences may exist between images and actual products.

Prices and quantities displayed at order confirmation are the basis for processing orders.

Displayed prices include 20% UK VAT and applicable import duties, using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, so no additional payment is required upon delivery.

If there are significant errors in pricing or stock, orders may be canceled or adjusted, and refunds will be issued if necessary.

III. Orders and Payment

Once a transaction is confirmed, the order enters processing and shipping stages.

Payments are made in GBP (£), supporting Visa and Mastercard.

All transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant platforms using TLS encryption for security.

IV. Shipping and Fees

Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 10–15 working days, depending on customs and logistics conditions.

Orders of £125 or more qualify for free shipping; otherwise, a £7.35 fee applies.

All packages are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS with tracking numbers provided.

Additional costs due to incorrect addresses are the user’s responsibility.

V. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours before shipment.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but returns may be requested after delivery.

Eligible refunds are submitted to the payment provider within 3 working days.

Funds typically arrive within 10–15 working days, depending on the bank.

VI. Returns and Exchanges

Under UK Consumer Rights Law, returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Approved return requests will include prepaid labels and instructions.

Once returned items are confirmed, refunds or exchanges will be processed.

Refunds may be adjusted if items are damaged, used, or missing components.

VII. Data Protection and Privacy

We only collect personal data necessary to process orders, such as contact details, addresses, and payment information.

All data transmissions are TLS encrypted and stored in secure environments with access control.
