Order Cancellation Policy
I. Eligibility Conditions
Customers may request to cancel an order within 72 hours after payment, provided that the order has not entered the preparation or logistics processing stage.
Once the order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.
II. Non-Applicable Situations
Cancellation requests cannot be accepted in the following situations:
The order has already been handed over to the carrier or has been shipped.
Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided by the customer resulting in delivery delay or failure.
III. Handling After Shipment
If an order has already been shipped and cannot be cancelled, customers may proceed with a return request in accordance with the Return Policy.
Customers must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and its condition confirmed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Bank processing time typically ranges from 10 to 15 business days, depending on the payment service provider.
IV. Cancellation Request Procedure

Proof of payment or equivalent documentation

V. Refund Review and Processing
Once all required information has been received, customer service will review the request within 3 business days and notify the customer of the result by email.
Upon approval, the refund instruction will be submitted to the payment service provider within 3 business days.
The refund is usually credited within 10 to 15 business days, depending on bank processing time.
If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, customers may contact customer service with the order number and proof of payment for further verification.
